Cah Kuacai scallops



Ingrediendt :
250 grams kuacai, grab bars
6 scallops, soak
1 teaspoon salt
5 cm ginger, cut into matchsticks
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon flavoring, if desired
½ teaspoon pepper powder
2 tablespoons sesame oil + 1 tablespoon cooking oil
 
How to Make Cah Kuacai scallops :
1. Saute garlic, ginger until fragrant. Enter the scallops, kuacai, salt, pepper, flavor. Mix well
2. Remove and serve
