How to Make Calamari Bok Choy Oriental Seasonings:
1. Heat oil and sesame oil. Enter the spices, stir-fry until fragrant.
2. Add squid, stir until it changes color. Pour water, put salt, sugar. Cook until boiling.
3. Enter the bok choy, and cook until done. Remove and serve.
