Kungpau Fried Noodles


Ingredients :
250 grams egg noodles, boiled half cooked, put 2 teaspoons cooking oil
100 grams of chicken thigh fillets, diced
3 pieces hioko mushrooms, soaked, cut into pieces
100 grams of baby bok choy, halved
1 leek, pootng oblique
4 cloves garlic, minced
6 pieces dried chilli
1 tablespoon soy sauces
2 tablespoon soy sauces
2 tablespoon oyster sauces
2 tablespoon tomato sauces
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon flavoring, if desired
¼ tsp pepper powder
2 tsp sesame oil
Cooking oil to taste
40 grams cashew nuts fried
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
How to Make Kungpau Fried Noodles :
1. Saute garlic, dried chillies until fragrant, put chicken, hioko. Mix well.
2. Add oyster sauce, tomato sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, baby bok choy, green onion. Stir well, put noodles, pepper, salt, flavorings, soy sauce. Stir well, remove from heat.
3. Serve with toasted cashew nuts and sesame.
Makes 4 servings
