Cai Chi Soup


Ingredients:
250 g chicken thigh fillets, cut into pieces
50 g carrot, small dice pootng
50 g peas
50 g sweet corn
Chi suey (a type of seaweed, is available at leading supermarkets) to taste
2 stick chicken sausage, cut into pieces
3 pieces of smoked chicken, diced
2 stalks celery, chopped
30 g macaroni, boiled
1 teaspoon salt
½ tsp pepper powder
1 teaspoon flavoring, if desired
800 cc of water ½ teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
1 tablespoon sesame oil
How to Make Chi Cai Soup :
1. Cook the water and chicken broth until boiling. Add chicken, carrots, sweet corn, chicken sausage, salt, flavorings, pepper powder. Mix well.
2. Enter peas, smoked chicken, chi suey, celery, macaroni, sesame oil. Stir, remove from heat.
3. Serve.
